Initially Bernhard Weisse started his enterprise as a wire trading company in 1914.

Only a short time later the first mechanical loom started running - this was also the starting point for Weisse & Eschrich wire mesh. Due to the exceptional high quality, demand was constantly rising. This led to a continuous expansion of the company's capacities.

The first plant in the Bavarian city of Ludwigsstadt was founded in 1930. To this day we have always remained faithful to that location.

The requirements of a modern economy have changed significantly since the foundation of the company. Globalization and the technical development are rapidly proceeding. High flexibility and creativity are fundamental to meet these changes. We combine these with our knowledge and the experience of decades. This empowers us to offer innovation, highest quality and German precision to our international customer.

Today 80 employees are working around 100 looms. What began as a small wire trading company is now a continually growing enterprise with a global approach. We are exporting to countries all around the globe and offer a broad variety of wire meshes in all kinds of materials. The constant modernization and further development of our machines and production techniques, as well as the continuous training of our employees are the foundations of our ability to meet customers' needs.
