After finishing the weaving process, we continue processing according to our customers' needs. Besides several methods of treating the cloth such as tempering, calendering or fabric folding, we offer numerous kinds of pre-cutting:
rolls
stripes
stamped
ready-to-use screens , if desired with PU-wear-stripes
Architectural mesh from Weisse & Eschrich offers functionality combined with unpretentious elegance. There are (almost) no limits in satisfying our customer needs.
Wire mesh from Weisse & Eschrich is produced from steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous or synthetic wires – from fine (Ø 0,018 mm) to rough (Ø 5 mm) and up to weaving widths of 3400 mm.
The Weisse & Eschrich high-class meshes are used as classical filter mediums due to their robustness, corrosion and heat resistance as well as their sturdy and consistent mesh and pores. This guarantees perfect filter fineness and best water/air flow rates.
– wave grid form C or crimped mesh form D
Crimped wire mesh from Weisse & Eschrich meets highest demands in terms of quality and sturdiness. Only modern looms are able to weave steel wires up to Ø 5 mm thick to a faultless mesh.
A very special sector of the Weisse & Eschrich portfolio are wire screens for sieving machines. These are made of different materials with various dimensions and weaves, plus a huge number of screen hooks for different applications. (W&E standard hook or/and special forms.)
Weisse & Eschrich has developed different heat resistant steel and alloy meshes for the specific needs of heat treatment processes such as hardening or coating. Those heat proof materials enable the manufacturing of precise and low warpage charging systems (e.g. charging-baskets for heat treatment).
