Given the current situation, you may have some questions about the effects of coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19) here with us, 

from your supplier of innovative wire mesh and READY-TO-USE products.

We are informing you today about the arrangements we have taken to cope with this extraordinary situation.

The first priority of the W&E management was and is the health and safety of our employees, customers and service providers. W&E focuses on maintaining a safe environment for our employees. For this purpose, we restrict all trips for all of our employees, postpone certain events and encourage meetings to be held either virtual or by telephone. Our sales staff have all been working at HOMEOFFICE since few days. Shipping and loading take place on schedule - but under increased security conditions.

We are very aware of the possible effects of this virus on a human level, take the circumstances seriously and closely monitor the evolving situation. We are ready to take additional protective action if necessary.

As early as January, when we received the first reports of this virus, we adjusted our stock to avoid delivery problems. We are in constant contact with our wire-suppliers to discuss and navigate the current situation. All of our partners are currently working without restrictions. As of today, we have no expanded delivery times from our suppliers. The transit routes for freight traffic to Germany are open, but longer transit times can be expected, since limited loading capacities prevail and border controls are now also carried out inside the Schengen area.
